Ye wan: The switching thing can be tough. You know what you have. And i think it's the sort of shiny toy thing. There's got to be something, you kno, much, much more than that,. Ye wan: If your vendor can come through on the strength of that 50 year relationship, that matters more than the fact that somebody's data base runs 12 % faster or seven % cheaper. One chance let a customer down is all it takes and they move to somebody else.
