How to Deal With an Untrained Shooter

Soi i hate the idea that kids first wall. I think it's a bad idea to have them shelter and place. All you have to do is pretty much just one thing, and it's something you do every time you go out,. You know, in in recess, is run, and then you don't stop running. If your teacher says to shelter and place and there's shooting going on, and you break a window and run, you will not even be charged for the cost of the window. There will be no one who faults you for doing this. And i think that the outcome is likely to be far better than if you you shelter in place. The worst ss outcome
