Eric Liu: I don't think we ever get to nuclear energy until there simply is no other viable alternative. There's so much fear and emotion in the system that public policy won't be willing to accept nuclear, he says. The countries that do get nuclear progress, prosperity will be restored faster than those that don't, adds Liu.
