Reflective Practice

The reflective practitioner, like philosophy, I guess. It's part of someone's philosophy of practice. And so reflective as a process has been researched. There's tons of literature on it. A lot of people don't look at the reflective literature. They look at the evaluation elements. But there's more than that with words and not doing something tangible.
