Is He a Good Eighteenth Round Pick?

I just don't see him really breaking out in three wa receiver sets. If he does get on the field and he can catch some deep passes, like e, he could be pretty good leverage. He might just be one of those guys that spikes you a a 14 to 16 point game off of one catch or two catches. So think he's a fine eighteenth round pick. But if this is a gat that can get you seven, 800 yards and like, seven touchdowns in the eighth round, why? Why is that an improbability?
