The Politics of Humanitarian Work

I've seen efforts to politicise humanitarian work since I started 40 years ago. There are more places where there is that kind of pressure, but it's not a new thing. To the younger generation, we have to defend, live by,. teach, internalised the humanitarian principles of humanity and impartiality. And those certain governments, who are host governments very often, are artists to conflicts.
