How to Hire the Right People
When you bring teams together, they're like a tribe. If somebody joins that team and they're not one of them, they get rejected quite quickly. So by creating people that think and behave in a particular way, they always put you on the path of success when you recruit new people. And I've literally tried to hire people that I'm like, this person's amazing, and after like a week, this guy's better go. That's what we're taking.
