You have the courage inside of you need to act on it. I talk to my feelings all the time. My kids think i'm little craycray and i'm oquet with it, and so does my husband. So i actually talk to joy because i want to know the dence of how it got there. Anger, what do you need to feel safe to leave my body? And you have to listen. Idn't care what fuck you're doing. You've developed a relationship with your body since the day you were born. Annd, in your emotional body, it's like that body we can feel, but we can't see it.
