The development office in the city is very good. But then they also, i think, maybe by law or statute or whatever, will publicly release any building available to be developed. For me, i'm just like, everything's gong to be new. I'm not trying to mess i like, can we save this cast iron pipe? Like, no, ou nono way. So, so that i've learned. We underwrite it. We budget as though everything's new, brand new roof, grand new everything. And the only surprise woud be on the positive side of, you know, actually,. this roof is only seven years old when you get into it,
