The Importance of Weight Loss in Therapy

There's a practicality that we have to address as human beings because we carry lots of responsibility. So if there's a lot of weight and we don't have a way to temporarily assuage and heal and nourish our nervous systems, it's going to be really hard to carry more weight. This is where I think this steps in. If it's something you can do in like 10 minutes, 20 minutes, then you can actually see the needle move. You can start to feel and see something different. And so yeah, if you go to someone, you're like, this is gonna be really good for you. This is another thing you have to add into your regimen.
