The Phases of a Black Belt Program

I had six practices and they are mediocre. I was 65, 68% overhead. And I wasn't the average dental practice times one. So I came up with a really solid plan of buying three more. We're now at 60%. Brown belt, starting to get more advanced. Systemization scores 61 to 79%. Our overhead is a phase two at 55%. Black belt. These are the people that you're going to meet tomorrow.
