Do You Remember the First Plastic Buckles?
The earliest company that began to use plastic buckles was Moran, M-A-R-A-N. They were very small and they're making pretty rudimentary day packs type stuff. The guy that started the company said, this is the future of buckles. It looked at their better and they weren't even the side-grace. But it was still a long roll after that because they were small. I think they made 800 packs a year or something.
