This is just the undifferentiated AKI where you're like, I don't know, it's not acting like ATN. It's literally going on for a long time. Patient keeps getting sicker and you're like,. well, what's the advantage? Well, this might be an advantage. Are those patients going to respond to compliment inhibition? They will. In my experience, they have. Maybe it is because by the time they're biopsied, we've lost that window and they've already had some dysfunction. That's my feeling there.
