Orbit: The Next Wave of Community Growth?
The next wave of what community managers are talking about is really helpful metrics, not just what their platform of choice might give them. At the bottom of that hierarchy is basically the fundamental question of who is out there, what are they doing? Who are these people? And this is really the sort of like first problem we had to solve with orbit because all of our customers have huge communities online and they're spread across a ton of platforms.
