401k Style Investing - Is the Business Cycle Long?
If you are a longer term investor, because you don't want to trade, then the business cycle is long term by definition. You probably know you've got 18 months to four years of upside. Even 18 months is good enough for your 401k style investing. If you're seeing a deceleration in ISM, don't go too early. Once it's starting getting towards 50, you're starting to change my asset allocation to be more neutral.
