Is There a Party System in China?

I think it's very difficult to t you know, there are a couple countries that have effectively one party system in which the party dominates so effectively. I don't see what could ever happen though, in china that i could change my mind about that. And turkey has turkeys, an in between state. Turkeyis vacillated a lot over time, tone of different coups and different, very strong suppression of some stuff,. At other times, fairly open and competitive political system.
