Is There a Guideline Base Medicine for Diabetics?

There's essentially two kinds of treatment: guide line base medicine and evidence base medicine. A lot of schools, like my school, teaches a lot of guide line base Medicine which is put out by large organz tions with a ton of evidence. But when you look at it for, for transcare, for for genderafirming hormontherapy, those guide lines are unbelievably compromised.
