Can You Be a Coach or a Referee?
Sometimes i feel like i'm called to be a coach, and sometimes i'm call to be a referee. I don't think i have special coaching skills im although i do my best. So so i'm functioning to day as a referee, just trying to report what i see as the shape of the questionsandand the arguments and where the evidence flows.
