The Importance of Free Books in Deindustrialization
The first Thatcher budget included a proposal for a series of enterprise zones which carved out space inside of inner cities. Often there were sort of fewer rights to organize, fewer rights to kind of express protest or express just contact with the work. The idea that I could be presented as some kind of novel idea is actually hilarious and it's literally been around since most of us bore me. Even when it succeeds, it succeeds in the form of Canary Wharf, which is basically a huge giveaway to developers.
