Buying a Property in Scottsdale

If you're an experienced investor, find a deal that doesn't take a lot of work. If you're inexperienced, just buy another property in Scottsdale and live in the back unit,. Rent out the house or rent out the bedrooms. And what I like for everyone else to recognize is any property by right now in five years, you're probably going to be in a similar situation as Joseph here.

The 2023 recession is both an opportunity and a danger for real estate investors nationwide.
