The biggest challenge that we have as a company. is to get the younger people to understand what it took to get here. Every three or four years you have to reset the mother fucking standard and make sure that everybody understands it. And because their standards they look at this as the ultimate win. They can't grasp the idea of what how big the project really is. That will come for all of you guys out there running companies.
