Soros's Role in the War on Drugs

Soros sees something really bad going on and goes I'm gonna throw a bunch of money at it try to fix it. One of the things that he does this for is the war on drugs like in the end sort of the 80s and 90s. Soros wants to level the playing field between Republicans who are funded by him and Democrats, says Julian Zelizer.
