I was totally blown away when i read the manifesto. And have used a lot of their lessons there. We try to regularly schedule all hands, be company all hands, product and engineering, all hands. I think that always helps. Especially you have these moments in the events itself that can actually help you know about somebody else. It's not always the same theme or the same department that you're working with, but it's across the whole organization uswar.

Henry Suryawirawan is the host of your beloved podcast. In this episode, hosted by Jerome Poudevigne, we uncovered lessons from Henry’s career journey and from running the Tech Lead Journal podcast.
