Jodye decided to confront tatiana with another stylis that was having issues with her too, about her defiant behaviour. Tatyana saw this as her great opportunity. She started crying immediately and ran out into the middle of the salon. Now what do you think was happening when the rest of the styles were watching this happen? Does she seem like the under dog or the villain? Jodie could see that what ana was doing was trying to paint herself as the victim in front of the other stylists and trying to elicit defense from them. This whole power tactic, this victim control dynamic, made jodie really angry, and she ploded.
