The President's Export Council Recommends a Government Wide Plan for Trade Facilitation

The export council has called on President Biden to order a government wide plan for trade facilitation. Congress created advisory committees to advise the government on trade policy back 50 years ago. This is essentially the mechanics of how customs organization works work and the importance of standards in that process.
