The Judge of the Week Is a Judge Newsome on the Eleventh Circuit.
Two of the cases we're going to talk about were written by judge kevin newsome. The social media case out of the eleventh circuit and this second amendment case, a long opinion unanimous for both panels. A in this case, the guy was an illegal alien from mexico. Lived in the united states for more than 20 years before he s deported in 20 19. He was arrested, grand jury charged him with one count of possession of a firearm by an illegal alien.
