A Different Economy Post-Oil

A lot of the stuff that's being built in say, the UAE, it's a bit of a playground for Westerners visiting the region. It's not necessarily something that will sustain a diverse economy post-oil. But yeah, at least if you have oil, if you're a petrol state that does give you the option to give your population some more leisure time so that they can pursue some things of value.
