i recently went back and listened to the oral arguments in hobby lobby versus burwell, just to prepare for another religious liberty case at the court is hearing. In response to the government's argument that it gets to dismiss claims of religious discrimination and make them disappear entirely, i wanted to play a clip from none other than samuel olido in the hobby lobby argument.
