We don't want to be trapped in mental concepts of past and future. The future is experienced as a thought in your head, just like the past. I recommend highly that you practice contemplation without imposing thought on what you're perceiving. Just clear a lot seeing this, just looking. And immediately there's a different dimension to what you're perceived. It's a liberation from the person. Spaciousness,. the kingdom of heaven, the dimension of spaciousness, it's here and now.
