How to Lead Men Who Are Driven

Everyone thinks that the military and the seals, I think that we're leading Terminator robots. No, no, it's not. It is a bell curve. And there's a great bunch of guys at the top of the bell curve that are go getters. There's a solid bunch of guys in the middle and there's a low of guys that are bombs. So what does it mean? It means you have to lead them. You got to build relationships. You've got to make sure they understand why they're doing what they're doing. They can be either an egomaniac or ultra risk averse. The nuances are there. But the basic principles are the same.
