In the early days, Stitch Fix kept track of everything in a spreadsheet where we had people. We hired Mike Smith, who was like the COO of Walmart.com. He ran millions of square feet of warehouses all over the country. And so it didn't matter if you were like an inventory planner or whatever your job was at Stitch Fix on Monday, you were on the line getting fixes out the door.
