In theory, corporations would have run rampant over our society and accumulated all the wealth by now if there weren't che on their engagement and fraud. So i look at a model like a i know it's really hard for me to just take people's money and invest it in lots of little local farms and things because the s c doesn't like that. And you know, you've got to be a real listed. If i want something to be as easy as you can click on it at charles schwab, i'll have to be areal mutual fund or a real e t f, or a real corporation myself.
