The Importance of Culture in the Business Model

I think in the early years, it was much more of a, hey, I'm driving this thing. You guys better get in line. And that's a trap that's very easy to fall into, especially when you're early and you do have a lot of domain expertise. But what I've learned is like it's better long term for me actually to let them make some decisions and make mistakes than it is for me to come over and Bigfoot them or change what they were going to do. Because otherwise they're not going to continue to grow and evolve. So we try to do here is let people do their jobs and equip them and say, hey, how can I be helpful
