The Indictment of Donald Trump

David Gergen: This is sort of new dynamics uncharted waters plainly we've never had anybody under indictment running for President of the United States before but it's I said on TV the other night that you know in most pursuits being a sociopath is a liability but in politics it can be an advantage to him because he's completely without shame and he is completely convincing about whatever it is he's trying to sell at that moment. So whether or not that's all about Trump or institutional tribal Republican hatred for the narrative coming out of East Coast media is a part of that mix, I think is spoken like a true West Coast guy.
