i had a job offe to work in investments, an finance, which something had been interested in actually, kind since i was a tenager. Actually, back then, we hadn't really thought of the concept of career capital, so i just totally ignored that in the on. But actually, i think, just by luck, i actually turned out to get better carear capital by doing 80 thousand hours than i would have in finance. I've met lots of other people who want to focus on social impact and learned a lot about how to run a social impact organization.
