Are You Getting Choice Over What You Want to Do?
Most houses had access mainly to appliances that the males the male genders in the household preferred. 27% of women after they got electricity felt they get choice over what they want to do. The implication was you can't make sure quality happens with energy access unless you look at usage and usage seems to be influenced by power dynamics. And the implication from that also comes more generally is if we want to see growth in SDG goals. We need to understand their interdependencies for us to make sure that we're making advancements in those goals.
