How to Oversell on Black Friday

Set up an email that goes post purchase that says, thanks for purchasing on our Black Friday sale. It might take an extra two or three days to process. If you oversell, just think about what would you want as a customer. Get creative with it and say, I'd be happy to give you this and the value is slightly higher.
