Is Bill Nelson a Good Administrator?

I think what i will say is, going all the way back to jim brydenstein's ernomin an and how everyone was in an uproar about that because he didn't have a science background. I think it's becoming more clear that a politician in charge is pretty useful and a lot of areas just because it is a very political job. Nd, especially with he i s s situation lately, it's like, i don't know itjus the sluggishness has me sad many times.
