Nutrition Across a Week
I think it's quite important to view that nutrition across maybe a week as opposed to, I usually view our overall meals and nutrition across a week. If you've got a day where you've just eaten pizza and then you've reached the snack cup and had crisps and a chocolate bar, that's okay because you'll balance that out during the rest of the week and don't kick yourself about it. You're allowed to have a little bit of everything.
