Alex Ferguson: As a searcher, you want to make lots and lots of changes. You come to the business and you realize this business is not the business that you thought you bought. And so I know that my impulse, as you can probably tell from how quickly I talk, is to try and do as many things as possible - all at the same time. He says change is very different in our industry to what it's like in banking or private equity.
