Building Reproducibility in Certain Languages

A lot of people don't even realize this that, you know, depending on how your build system is set up, that your thing may or may not be identical to the previous one. I would argue that that's harder to do than easier to do. And these things all come down to trust. It's very difficult to draw a line and say, yes, I can absolutely trust that thing.
