Don't Think of Sales as a Project
The evolution of how organizations are hopefully thinking about their data and their data organization is changing because you don't think of sales as a project. What you're saying is we believe that we can get the most value out of this particular effort and let's start funding the portions of these things that we're doing. And if we're finding that it's going to take too much time, it's too complex, then we can rethink things and we might need to re-budget again. So we're trying to be adaptive in the way that I'm doing this so that we can continuously think about how we're going to deliver this AI solution without some time box telling us that we're not done
