How to Build a Product Backlog

The PM should have like a direct one on one connection with the customers and regular interactions with them. There needs to be a system through which one can actually track that within Microsoft that is a tool for you that we use but across different companies. And then last piece is in terms of making sure as any PM can walk forward there are actually many, many requests that come one's way. It would have a huge impact. I think at a basic level have the water in the wide documented and also have basic set of like PM art or design marks that we say from the PM perspective have the wire frames ready.
