"I want you to look at the map that is your life all of your life experiences because often we can't really tap into our unconscious beliefs," she says. "What I want you to do is just like write all those moments down and like kind of line them up in an order and see like trace a line through them" She then asks yourself two questions: What do you value, and what do you spend money on? The answers are not always going to line up with each other but if they do it's time-saving or budgeting for something more meaningful so take concrete steps to make things better.
