The problems that many investors have with sewer lines have to do with the fact that tree roots can grow into them, which then require the sewer line to be replaced. So essentially, if a person tells you that it's a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of old growth trees, get a sewer scope. And also, I mean, that also has traffic implications, right? Oftentimes those types of neighborhoods have narrower streets, which means there's tighter traffic at rush hour.
