How to Overload Your Body and Generate More Force
You need to lift heavier weights. That's how you recruit the muscle fibers that you need. You can overload the body as far as intensity goes, which is percent of weight on the bar. But with the high repetitions, volume is what is going to be more likely to get an athlete injured over time. And so really that's the sort of stimulus that we need to get better.
