How to Form a New Habit
I know for a long time waking up in the morning to do my course study was an effort that I would have to talk myself into doing. And I'm at a place now where it's just an automatic part of my morning. The initial piece of it is always harder as you're sort of laying down those grooves in your mind. But then once you start to get into the benefit of it, then it's the benefit that inspires you to keep putting in the work.
