And because we built this community, we have now a broad group and diverse pool of potential talent for our portfolio companies. We've helped over 360 candidates be actually seen, viewed, interviewed for these positions. The third caterpillar is just brought under the umbrella of d e i initiatives,. each company will have to figure out what that means in terms of inward, inside, sort of looking at hr talent culture, inclusivity, the way that they run their internal processes but also outside.
