There has to be a very strong perceived impact and you write that your real goal and all value discovery is to get a strong impact statement. It's their perception of what impact you can have for them, how you can make them more successful. And there's another trick in there, but you talk about asking yourself or your team members if you're getting to an impact statement in each buyer conversation are we talking about two different things? I think it's the same thing.
