The Only One That Avoids Self Employment Tax
The only one of these that avoids self employment tax is the employer contribution. So if you have a hundred thousand, let say, ona w two, you can only put in 25 k of employer matching,. but i had to pay a hundred thousand dollar w two. On the other hand, you could say, well, why don't i just pay myself 70 grand on my w two? And i get there faster, less self employment tax. Ye.
